### Our Carbon Reduction Strategy

We have developed a robust Carbon Reduction Plan in line with the UK Government’s PPN 06/21 guidelines, outlining how we will reduce greenhouse gas emissions across our operations and supply chain. Our key actions include:

- Remote-first approach – Minimising travel-related emissions by defaulting to remote working & collaboration's.
- Green hosting and cloud services – Partnering with providers who operate carbon-neutral data centres
- Sustainable procurement – Engaging suppliers with strong environmental credentials and Net Zero targets
- Efficient resource usage – Reducing paper, energy, and single-use materials across all our sites and projects

### Tracking our Emission & Progress

We have set clear milestones and use industry-accepted frameworks to measure and reduce our emissions:

- Scope 1 & 2 emissions tracked annually (direct and indirect energy emissions)
- Scope 3 emissions including business travel, procurement, and commuting will be mapped and reduced
- Carbon reduction targets embedded in our operational objectives
- Annual reviews and public reporting on our progress
